If you have a dog, maybe you’ve got a PINK postcard with basic information of your dog that have been already registered.

This year, to prevent the spread coronavirus disease, you can get your dog receive a shot (the price for shot may vary) only at animal hospitals.
Wherever your dog receive a shot, the cost for certificate of vaccination is 550 yen.
If you have not registered your dog yet, applications for new registration (valid for the life of the dog) will be accepted at these sites and costs 3,000 yen.
